BUFFALO, N.Y. --Another Buffalo
police officer has been accused of police brutality, in a separate
investigation, is expected to accept a plea deal Thursday.
The attorney for Officer John
Cirulli tells us he's scheduled to appear in federal court at 4 p.m. Thursday.
Cirulli is expected to plead
guilty to two civil rights misdemeanors.
Cirulli was suspended without
pay by commissioner last month after video surfaced showing Cirulli apparently
using excessive force on 22 year old John Willet while he was handcuffed.
Five other officers who
responded to the call were placed on paid administrative leave.
