Walker, a cop with the Hudson County Prosecutor's office
was arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a man on a Maryland highway
after the two were involved in an altercation on the road. Walker got into a
dispute with 36-year-old Joseph Harvey Jr. while both were driving on I-97 in
Anne Arundel County, Md.. Walker, 40, allegedly shot Harvey after they pulled
over onto the shoulder of the road. Walker's wife and three children were in
the car with him at the time. Harvey was pronounced dead at Baltimore
Washington Medical Center.
