Boca Raton Samuel McCoy whose
wife was arrested earlier this year for allegedly running a prostitution ring,
has resigned. McCoy’s wife Denise McCoy, 35, and her friend Sara Marin, 43,
were arrested in January for allegedly running Sara’s Entertainment Service, a prostitution
ring. McCoy has been the subject of several internal affairs investigations in
the past involving allegedly viewing pornography on his work computer and
taking pictures of his genitalia.
